Andy understandably so, as most foreigners won't know how to behave. If you want to see the pure Islamic passion, try to get inside. Well, for starters, you shouldn't look too European, otherwise they will single you out immediately. If you can pass for an Afghani or at least a Mediterranean type, leave your camera bag in your hotel and try to dress like locals do. That means no hiking shoes or pants, just jeans and a long sleeve should do. Then you have a chance to see how believers mourn Fatima and pray in the mosque.
